Having conversations about positive mental wellbeing is more important than ever. The World Health Organisation (2003) estimated that 20% of adolescents may experience a mental health problem in any one year. While a workshop will not be the place to address individual experiences, they do allow us to start having positive conversations about understanding the brain and issues such as anxiety, what we can do about it and, importantly, introduce useful tools that may help us perform or feel at our best. With years of experience in working directly and successfully with students in therapy and coaching sessions, we are well-placed to ensure that our workshops are positive, informative and educational.

But it's not all about the students - teachers and parents can benefit from this too. For this reason we have also put together innovative workshops and presentations for the 'grown-ups' who support the children.

Workshops are bespoke but we are in the process of updating information about topics that we cover and examples of previous workshops.
