COVID PREVENTION MEASURES

 

Doing what we can to ensure the safety of our clients and therapists is of the utmost importance. For this reason, and following a thorough risk assessment, we have the following COVID protocols in place:

 

• Entrance to the therapy room will be via the garden gate and door, rather than the front door of the property. The garden area is already used for wheelchair access and provides a safe route direct to the therapy room. 

       Please ring the doorbell as normal(hand sanitizer is available) and I will greet you at the gate.

 

• Should you wish to use the washroom facilities, there are single use towels and hand soap. The washroom is disinfected throughout the day.

• The armchair will be covered with a clean throw between each client to avoid any surface contamination. 

 

• A gap of 45mins will be left between clients. The room will be aired between sessions.

 

• You are welcome to wear a face mask if you prefer.

 

• The therapist is vaccinated.​

 

• Adults accompanying minors can be sat in the same room or, if weather allows, there are seats available on the patio directly outside of the therapy room that allow visibility.​

 

• Sessions are offered both in-person and via Zoom

 

• Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a temperature, a cough or any other related symptoms. I will be very happy to rearrange your appointment if necessary. Safety is paramount.
