This is one of our most popular workshops, where we cover the issue of anxiety, why we can experience it and what we can do about it.

In this dynamic presentation, we make the science of anxiety both interesting and accessible, allowing you to really understand just what is going on when we develop feelings of fear, worry or doom. Our strong belief is that when we are empowered by knowing exactly what's happening in the brain, we stand a much better chance of being able to do something about it!

The workshop includes, but is not limited to:

  • Panic attacks - recognising and supporting

  • How to be effective in supporting others

As specialists in anxiety, we can also make this workshop adaptable in both content and duration - we have presented this workshop in schools (staff and pupils), charities, hospices, local government and businesses.

According to requirements, duration can be from 1.5 - 3hrs
